Here's how to do it:

  1. Select your first kit and go through the booking steps. When you reach the end, click “Add to Cart.”
  2. Select your second kit and repeat the booking process—be sure to choose the same date and time as your first kit. Click “Add to Cart” again.
  3. Repeat this process for any additional kits you’d like to book.
  4. Once all your kits are in the cart, head to checkout to complete your purchase!

cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please call 971.610.6530 or email hey@cakehoopla.com. Cancellations more than 2 days before the reservation are fully refundable.

Cancellations less than 2 days before the reservation are eligible for store credit sent via electronic gift card.

No-shows are nonrefundable.

cake care instructions

Cakes/cupcakes are best decorated at room temperature. If frozen, let the cake/cupcakes and all ingredients thaw to room temperature. This may take a few hours. If you're not quite ready to decorate, store the cake/cupcakes and ingredients in the fridge.

Remove the cake/cupcakes and ingredients from the fridge 1 hour before decorating or serving to bring them to room temperature.

When you're ready to decorate, carefully remove any plastic wrap from around the cake and remove cupcakes from their holders.

Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month. To avoid color changes, store the cake/cupcakes out of direct light.

serving tips

Wipe the drool from your face.

Eat the cake/cupcakes at room temperature.

For cakes: Run a large knife in hot water, dry it with a towel, slice the cake. Wipe clean between cutting each slice. Repeat as the knife cools.

Easy and fun!

My husband and I brought our 13-year-old granddaughter to decorate the 6 cupcake Le Fleur kit. From past experiences, I had no desire to participate, but the directions were so clear, and the frosting colors were so beautiful, I couldn't resist doing one cupcake. It was so easy and fun, I wish we had a bunch more to decorate. My husband enjoyed the experience as well and our granddaughter was ecstatic with the process. Tasty too!

My friend and I came in, we had quick service, and after a lovely tour of the studio and tools, we got to work. We had a blast and make such cute cupcakes! They were tasty too.

Fun Time Decorating Cupcakes

My 8 year old Great Nephew and I had a super fun time decorating 6 cupcakes together during our hour long session. We opted for Dinosaurs and Rock Star. The kits came with fondant, frosting and themed sprinkles. He was an ace rolling and cutting out the fondant. He learned how to make frosting stars and swirls. Cleanup was easy with the provides aprons, mats, tools, and tips. The cupcakes tasted terrific after dinner Sunday night! Time and money well spent!!
