whole-studio parties

Book the whole studio for up to 47 guests. A 2-hour party requires a $700 minimum spend for the event. Each additional hour is $200. All purchases (except tips and extra hours), including beer and wine purchased by your guests, apply towards the minimum spend amount.

Bring in non-cake food and non-alcoholic drinks, set up decorations and games, and use the space however you'd like (dancing, anyone?).

Just pay a $150 nonrefundable deposit, which will apply toward the balance of the event.

  1. Convert your party to a mini workshop with live instruction by a Hoopla Helper for $50.
  2. RECOMMENDED FOR KIDS ages 3-12: To extend the party magic, include apron decorating before cake decorating. Each kid will receive an adjustable white apron to decorate with fabric markers. The apron is one-size and fits most kids sized 5 to 10/12. Only $3 per kid!
  3. Double your cupcakes from 6 to 12 for $10/person.
  4. Get the cakes for your cake-decorating party pre-frosted by Cake Hoopla for $10/cake.

Prices for to-go cupcake parties start at $15/decorator for 2 cupcakes per decorator, $20/decorator for 4 cupcakes per decorator, and $30/decorator for 6 cupcakes per decorator. A minimum order for 10 decorators is required.

Prices for mobile cake parties start at $40/decorator. A minimum order for 10 decorators is required.
