Visit Cake Hoopla during open studio time and decorate cakes or cupcakes at your own pace! With access to decorating tools, easy-to-follow instruction cards for most cake/cupcake kits, and drinks available for purchase, we guarantee it'll be a fun-fetti time!

Although walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking your spot online to ensure we have the space and design you want. Just select your time, design, and flavor.

Open studio time is perfect for individuals or smaller groups up to 10. For larger get-togethers, book a party!

If you choose a create-your-own cake or cupcake kit, you can choose your frosting, fondant, and sprinkle selections during booking or when you arrive at the studio.

Hours: Wednesday-Friday, 12:00-6:00 and Saturday-Sunday 10:00-6:00, except during studio closures.

cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please call 971.610.6530 or email hey@cakehoopla.com. Cancellations more than 2 days before the reservation are fully refundable.

Cancellations less than 2 days before the reservation are eligible for store credit sent via electronic gift card.

No-shows are nonrefundable.

cake care instructions

Store cakes and cupcakes in the fridge until you're ready to eat. To avoid color changes, keep the cake/cupcakes out of direct light. Remove from the fridge about 1 hour before serving to bring them to room temperature.

Drastic changes in temperature from cold to warm may cause a cake to "sweat." Don't worry, this isn't harmful to the cake. To get rid of the condensation, let the cake airdry or gently dab the cake with a dry paper towel.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month. You can freeze the cakes/cupcakes even longer with airtight wrapping.

serving tips

Wipe the drool from your face.

Eat the cake/cupcakes at room temperature.

For cakes: Run a large knife in hot water, dry it with a towel, slice the cake. Wipe clean between cutting each slice. Repeat as the knife cools.
