cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please call 971.610.6530 or email hey@cakehoopla.com. Cancellations more than 2 days before the reservation are fully refundable.

Cancellations less than 2 days before the reservation are eligible for store credit sent via electronic gift card.

No-shows are nonrefundable.

cake care instructions

Cakes/cupcakes are best decorated at room temperature. If frozen, let the cake/cupcakes and all ingredients thaw to room temperature. This may take a few hours. If you're not quite ready to decorate, store the cake/cupcakes and ingredients in the fridge.

Remove the cake/cupcakes and ingredients from the fridge 1 hour before decorating or serving to bring them to room temperature.

When you're ready to decorate, carefully remove the plastic wrap from around the cake and remove cupcakes from their holders.

Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month. To avoid color changes, store the cake/cupcakes out of direct light.

serving tips

Wipe the drool from your face.

Eat the cake/cupcakes at room temperature.

For cakes: Run a large knife in hot water, dry it with a towel, slice the cake. Wipe clean between cutting each slice. Repeat as the knife cools.

Make your life a little sweeter!

I recently visited Cake Hoopla with my DIL and 3 year old granddaughter. We had a ball icing cupcakes in a unicorn theme - what else!! Written directions were provided after the wonderfully patient employee gave us the general idea verbally. We had fun with the tools, icing, gold dust! Easy to do, even
easier to eat at home. The cleanup was left to the shop … another BIG plus. Overall 5 stars . The cupcakes were delicious BTW.

Great for family time

I booked an open studio session for my family as a Christmas surprise. We all had a great time playing with the happy hearts emoji kit! Definitely recommend. Lots of tools to try out and everything was very clean.

So cute!

Surprised our 3yo daughter with a trip here. She had so much fun and keeps asking when we can go back. There were so many tools/supplies to use and clean up was easy. Kids smocks and adults aprons were available but not really necessary for us. Only one cupcake made it home fully decorated we ate all the rest before leaving.

I really enjoyed spending time hear, the people are wonderful and very friendly. I felt like it was a bit pricey and my kit was fun but as an adult needed a few more things to get creative. The frosting tasted awesome but the cupcake itself my family did not like the taste of, very oily.
