Cake Camp Waiver, Release, and Behavior Policy

By purchasing Cake Camp on behalf of child ("Child"), you ("Parent/Guardian") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Parent/Guardian, as the lawful parent or guardian of Child, acknowledges that Child’s participation in Cake Hoopla’s Cake Camp involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. In consideration of Child's participation in Cake Camp activities, Parent/Guardian agrees, to the extent permissible by law, to assume all risks and hazards associated with such participation on behalf of Child.

Parent/Guardian understands and acknowledges that Cake Hoopla, its employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives (collectively referred to as “Cake Hoopla”), are not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage that may occur to Child, Child’s property, or Parent/Guardian’s property during Child’s participation in Cake Camp activities.

To the furthest extent permitted by law, Parent/Guardian releases, waives, discharges, and agrees not to sue Cake Hoopla for any liability, claim, demand, action, or cause of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage, that may be sustained by Child, Child’s property, or Parent/Guardian’s property during Child’s participation in Cake Camp activities.

Parent/Guardian understands that Cake Hoopla has the right, in its sole discretion, to discharge Child from any portion or the entirety of Cake Camp activities for behavior Cake Hoopla deems inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous. Such behavior may include but is not limited to bullying, harassment, vandalism, violence, or repeatedly disrupting others' participation in Cake Camp activities. In the event of discharge due to behavior, no refund will be provided.

Parent/Guardian understands that this Waiver, Release, and Behavior Policy is binding on them, Child, and Parent/Guardian's and Child’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and that it is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of Oregon. Parent/Guardian further acknowledges that if any portion of this Waiver, Release, and Behavior Policy is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect.

This Waiver, Release, and Behavior Policy shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the state of Oregon.

Parent/Guardian has carefully read and voluntarily signed this Waiver, Release, and Behavior Policy on behalf of Child and understands its contents and significance.
